5-Year Sonotube Warranty (Concrete Support Piers)
When we install Sonotube piers – sturdy concrete support columns poured in place to reinforce your foundation or structures – we include a five-year transferable warranty on that work. Sometimes small adjustments are needed for pier-and-beam foundations – this is called “reshimming,” where we adjust or add shims to re-level your floors. If the area we adjusted settles again or the shims we installed need readjustment within the covered period, we will return and make it right.
