Community: G.L. Hunt Cares
Giving back is part of how G.L. Hunt works, not something it does on the side. Through G.L. Hunt Cares, an employee-led program, the team collects food, coats, blankets and toys each holiday season, hosts blood drives, and walks every spring in the Walk for Epilepsy. The company also partners with Servolution Network on acts of service for local homeowners.
"This is our community too, and we want to invest in it, not just do business in it."G.L. Hunt Cares
Through Lifting Lives, a program started by employees, G.L. Hunt repairs foundations at no cost in select cases for homeowners who have been through a significant life event and cannot afford the repair. Cases are referred internally by the company's project managers; the program does not take applications.
